Tottingworth Farms can hang and butcher all animals that are killed in the slaughterhouse.
When you telephone to book in your stock for slaughter you need to book to have them cut-up at the same time.
CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS
Below are links to the cutting forms. You can complete and submit these on-line or print them off and bring them into the office. There is also a space for you to give us any individual instructions. Please ensure we have these forms at least two days before we cut the carcase.
PRICES
Cattle: 55p per kg
Burgers - 20p each to make
Pork: 40p per kg
Sausages - £15/mix
Lamb: £10/lamb up to 25kg
£15/lamb over 25 kg
£15/lamb if mincing, B&R
